The charred body of 37-year-old police officer Aslan Alserov was found in a mountainous area of the Almaty region. A criminal case has been opened in connection with his death. The victim's wife, Araylym Alserova, has been detained as a suspect, and three minors who were at the scene have been placed under house arrest, reports infohub.kz.

Ulysmedia spoke with the teenagers' lawyers and learned some details of the case. According to lawyer Galym Nurpeisov, the teenager he represents was a friend of Aslan Alserov's son. On the day of the incident, he came to his friend's house to play PlayStation. The lawyer said that a psychological examination has been ordered for the teenager and a specialist is now working with him.

"The examination has been ordered. A psychologist is currently working with him. We will know more once we get the results. Because here the investigators put pressure on the minor children, they made a preliminary agreement. They are minors. They had no intent. They did not know, they did not plan. There was a conflict between the spouses. The children were in shock. In the Criminal Code, there is a concept of 'excess of complicity.' In simple terms, it means 'wrong time, wrong place,'" said Galym Nurpeisov.
