A lawyer for blogger and influencer Oksana Samoylova has responded to a question about the possible stripping of rapper Dzhigan's parental rights, infohub.kz reports.
Lawyer Oleg Tonakanyan said that blogger Oksana Samoylova has not discussed with her legal team the removal of parental rights from Denis Ustimenko-Veinshtein, known as rapper Dzhigan.
"Oksana and I have not had any conversations on this topic," the source told the agency when asked whether Samoylova would seek to strip the rapper of his parental rights.
According to him, the law provides for the termination of parental rights through the courts if it is established that a parent's actions harm the children.
Recall that media previously reported that Dzhigan allegedly took hostages and opened fire in his own home. It is claimed that on the night of July 3-4, he summoned the staff of his house and staged a confrontation with weapons in hand.
He is said to have accused the employees of crimes and offered them a chance to confess in order to save their lives. According to the outlet, Dzhigan forced one of the employees to confess to child abuse, after which he shot the man, hitting him in the arm and leg. The rapper accused the remaining staff of betrayal, leaking information and nationalism. He also gave them a chance to run and opened fire.
