Kazakh boxer Aida Satybaldinova publicly responded to recent statements by Olympic boxing champion Daniyar Yeleussinov and appealed to his manager, Ziya Aliyev, reports infohub.kz.
The athlete posted an Instagram story urging the boxer's representative to pay attention to what is happening.
"You can see what is happening to him. Can't you, as his promoter, help Daniyar?" she wrote.
Satybaldinova also suggested that Yeleussinov may need professional help.
"If he needs professional help, psychological support, or rehabilitation, I think you should pay attention to this!" Satybaldinova said in her appeal.
Earlier, Olympic boxing champion Daniyar Yeleussinov openly spoke about his alcohol problems for the first time and addressed his fans.
Recall that Daniyar Yeleussinov was arrested and deprived of his driver's license in early July. The capital's police also showed how his detention after a traffic accident took place.
In addition, in late July, a verdict was announced in Karaganda in the case of beating two local women; Daniyar Yeleussinov's wife was found guilty.
