Konstantin Ushakov, a member of the board of JSC "Aircraft Repair Plant No. 405", has received total remuneration of 425.3 million tenge over six years. In 2025 alone, his payments amounted to 114.2 million tenge, up 56.8% from the previous year, according to infohub.kz.

According to company data, Ushakov's remuneration, who has been on the board since at least 2020, has grown almost every year. In 2020, he received 43.3 million tenge, while in 2025 the amount increased to 114.2 million tenge. Over five years, payments grew 2.6 times, or by 70.9 million tenge.

The annual remuneration was as follows: 2020 – 43.3 million tenge; 2021 – 43.6 million tenge; 2022 – 49 million tenge; 2023 – 102.4 million tenge; 2024 – 72.8 million tenge; 2025 – 114.2 million tenge.

According to Adata, JSC "Aircraft Repair Plant No. 405" has 53 shareholders. The main activity of the enterprise is repair and maintenance of aircraft and spacecraft (OKED 33160).

According to financial statements, the company's net profit for 2024 amounted to 2.8 billion tenge, compared to 2.5 billion tenge a year earlier.

The report also lists the ultimate beneficiaries of the enterprise: M. Ibragimova, P. Shodiyev, and E. Surlevich. Most likely, these are Mukadaskhan Ibragimova, widow of Alijan Ibragimov, one of the founders of Eurasian Resources Group; Patokh Shodiyev, another co-founder of ERG; and Eduard Surlevich, nephew of the late Alexander Mashkevich.
