In the third round of the group stage of the Russian Cup 2026/27, Grozny's Akhmat suffered a heavy defeat against Moscow's Dynamo with a score of 0:3. The match took place at the VTB Arena in Moscow and ended with a confident victory for the hosts, reports the website infohub.kz.
The goals for Dynamo were scored by Russian forwards Ivan Sergeev (43rd minute), Yaroslav Gladyshev (53rd), and Konstantin Tyukavin (79th).
In the starting lineup of the guests, Kazakhstan national team forwards Maksim Samorodov and Galymzhan Kenzhebek appeared. Kenzhebek received a yellow card and was substituted after the first half, while Samorodov played all 90 minutes.
Bakhtiyar Zaynutdinov, the all-time top scorer for the Kazakhstan national team, was not included in Dynamo's squad — the midfielder continues his recovery from injury.
Thanks to this victory, the Moscow club earned six points and moved up to second place in the group, trailing only Krasnodar, who have seven points. Akhmat, led by former Kazakhstan national team head coach Stanislav Cherchesov, sits in third place with four points. Voronezh's Fakel brings up the rear with one point.
