Police in Aktobe have identified the underage girls who displayed an offensive banner at a football match, the website infohub.kz reports.
According to the Instagram page of the regional police department, the post was flagged during social media monitoring. The footage showed the underage girls holding up an offensive banner during the match between Aktobe and Ordabasy.
Officers identified the minors and held a preventive talk with them in the presence of their parents. The parents were brought to administrative liability for failing to properly fulfil their duties in raising their children.
"The minors realized the inadmissibility of their actions," the Aktobe Region Police Department said.
Police urged parents to pay special attention to raising their children and to explain the rules of conduct in public places and the responsibility for unlawful actions.
Recall that the Kazakhstan Premier League match between Shymkent's Ordabasy and Aktobe in the 2026 season was played at the central stadium in Aktobe on October 17. It ended 3:1 in favor of the visitors.
