Almaty Logistics Center (ALC), a real estate investment fund that leases space in the Mart shopping and entertainment center, has announced dividend payments for September 2026. Among the fund's shareholders are well-known rentier Alexey Nefedov, as well as Forbes-listed businessmen Ershat Salimov and Vladimir Sidelnikovsky, according to infohub.kz.
The dividend will amount to 1,000 tenge per preferred share. A total of 200,000 such shares have been issued, so the total payout to ALC shareholders will be 200 million tenge.
The list of shareholders entitled to dividends will be finalized on September 30, with payments scheduled to begin on October 6.
ALC's main business is leasing shopping centers, warehouse and office space, as well as land plots.
As of June 30, 2026, 42.5% of ALC's preferred shares were held by Arcada LLP and another 42.5% by Nazir Invest LLP. The remaining 15% was held by Alprof LLP.
Alexey Nefedov is the sole owner of Arcada. In 2025, he ranked 11th on Forbes' list of Kazakhstan's largest rentiers. His company manages the Asia Park shopping and entertainment center in Astana, as well as Mart, Asia Park and MART Village in Almaty. Nefedov's share of the upcoming ALC dividend payments amounts to 85 million tenge.
Nazir Invest is co-owned by Ershat Salimov, Vladimir Sidelnikovsky and RVS LLP. Together they will also receive 85 million tenge in dividends. RVS was founded by Vladimir Sidelnikovsky and Rivner Davletbayev.
Ershat Salimov ranks 71st on Forbes' list of Kazakhstan's richest people with a fortune of $102 million, while Vladimir Sidelnikovsky ranks 65th with $131 million.
At the same time, ALC's financial performance declined in 2026. In the first half of the year, the company's net profit was 587.9 million tenge, compared with 2.77 billion tenge a year earlier. Retained earnings at the end of the period stood at 2.58 billion tenge.
Almaty Logistics Center is registered at 18 Zorge Street, Almaty. The Mart shopping and entertainment center is located at this address. The fund also owns the MART Village shopping and entertainment center.
