SCAT Airlines told NUR.KZ correspondent that the delay of the Almaty-Aktobe flight was due to the need for additional technical maintenance of the aircraft during pre-flight preparation. "To ensure the flight's operation, the airline decided to replace the aircraft. Organizing the replacement and subsequent preparation for departure required additional time. Information about the flight's status was provided to passengers as it became available via airport announcements and airline representatives. While waiting, passengers were offered drinks and snacks. The airline apologizes to passengers for the long wait and any inconvenience caused. Passenger and flight safety remains our absolute priority," the company stated.
