In Almaty's Medeu district, a BMW driver lost control, drove onto the square in front of a museum and crashed into a large decorative art sphere, reports infohub.kz.
Security cameras captured the vehicle traveling east on Al-Farabi Avenue seconds before the collision. The driver was making sharp maneuvers, weaving between other cars, when he lost control, veered off the road onto the museum square, and slammed into the decorative sphere.
Two people were injured in the crash. They sought medical attention and were discharged after examination.
