A new holding structure has appeared in the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) — Vertex AG Holding Ltd, whose name echoes that of a well-known developer. One of the co-owners of the legal entity is Bolat Ibragimuly, a deputy of the Almaty Maslikhat and former co-founder of Qazaq Stroy Properties, according to infohub.kz.
The company was registered on the AIFC platform on October 8. The new structure's main profile is holding activities. Vertex AG Holding Ltd has an authorized capital of 100,000 tenge, and Vladimir Kurinov is listed as its head.
The owners of the company are Bolat Ibragimuly and Yelena Mudrevskaya. The former is a deputy of the Almaty Maslikhat of the 8th convocation. Since 2018, Bolat Ibragimuly has held the position of project manager at the developer Qazaq Stroy. Between April and August 2025, he served as co-founder and director of the construction company Qazaq Stroy Properties, linked to a major developer. Currently, the founder of Qazaq Stroy Properties is Nurlan Artykbayev, the owner of Qazaq Stroy.
In the summer of 2025, Bolat Ibragimuly founded his own construction company, Vertex AG, with Yelena Mudrevskaya also becoming a co-founder. The firm is currently implementing two large residential projects in Almaty: the six-building Vertex Garden residential complex in the Medeu district and the 19-building Jaina residential complex in the Terekti microdistrict. For both projects, the nearest completion dates are set for the end of 2026. Apparently, the new AIFC company — Vertex AG Holding Ltd — will be closely tied to the activities of the developer Vertex AG.
Earlier, a Maslikhat deputy from Kokshetau created a mining company.
