The large-scale concert in Almaty passed without serious incidents: the safety of spectators, order on the streets, and traffic management were ensured by about 2,500 police officers and National Guard servicemen, reports infohub.kz.
According to the Police Department, law enforcement officers monitored public safety, traffic, and the movement of residents and guests of the city. Special attention was paid to preventing traffic jams.
"Our priority was to ensure the safety of every resident and guest of the city. Throughout the event, police officers together with National Guard servicemen controlled public order and the traffic situation," emphasized Aidyn Kabduldinov.
According to him, the coordinated work of all services allowed the concert to be held calmly. "Thanks to the coordinated work of all services, the concert went smoothly, without incidents, in a regular mode. I would also like to thank the residents and guests of Almaty for their discipline, understanding, and compliance with the established requirements," said Aidyn Kabduldinov.
He also stressed that security at large-scale events depends not only on the work of police and military personnel but also on the compliance with established requirements by citizens themselves.
