The Instagram account almatynews_kaz posted a video showing a car driving along the banks of the Esentai River. The footage shows the vehicle reversing and damaging a lamppost. Witnesses reported that the driver appeared to be in an erratic state and was 'knocking over everything in his path' along the riverbank.
