Almaty will experience widespread power outages from September 21 to 25. The areas that will be left without electricity were announced by Alatau Zharyk Company JSC, according to infohub.kz.
On September 21, from 09:00 to 17:00, power will be cut in the private sector on Abakanskaya, Bayanaulskaya, Williams, Herzen, Zhangeldin, Mussorgsky, Parkovaya, Potanina, and Sayanskaya streets; in the Aigerim-1 microdistrict on Benberin, Nazar, Nabi, and Topolinaya streets; and in apartment buildings at Severnoye Koltso Street, Nos. 86/7, 86/8, 86/9, 86/11, 86/13, 86/14, 86/15.
On September 22, from 09:00 to 17:00, outages will affect the Shanyrak-1 microdistrict: Alpamys, Karatau, Aulieagash, Kobylandy, Markakol, Okzhetpes, and Otemisuly streets; the Shanyrak-2 microdistrict: Aristov, Aubakirov, Baiseit Batyr, Zhalantos Bahadur, Zhideli, Kultegin, Rakhimov, Iskakov, Zh. Bahadur, Orken, Zhylysai, Bartogai, Toishibek Batyr, Kulantobe, Baldauren, Rakhymov, and Kumbel streets; the Aigerim-1 microdistrict (private sector): Ushkyn, Benberin, and Nabi streets; the Ulzhan-1 microdistrict (private sector): Zhalaiyri, Ekpendy, Kainar, Kurenkulak, Beskainar, Eginsu, and Takezhanova streets. Also without power will be the State Institution "Department of Internal Affairs of Almaty, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and Lobachevsky, Verkhoyanskaya, Yermak, Makarenko, Murmanskaya, and Yablochkova streets.
On September 23, from 09:00 to 17:00, electricity supply will be cut in the Shanyrak-1 microdistrict: Otymisuly, Karakemer, Turysov, Aubakirov, Zhalantos Bahadur, Toishybek Batyr, Baldyrgan, and Gulstan streets; in the Shanyrak-2 microdistrict: Zhankozha Batyr Street; in the Kok-Kainar microdistrict: A. Mambetov, Besagash, and Akshoky streets; in apartment buildings on Dostoevsky Street, Nos. 8, 8/2, 8/3, 10; in the private sector: Akpayev, Lenskogo, Tokhtarov, Tyumenskaya, Shushenskaya, Belorusskaya, Nogaybaev, Ridder, Mayakovsky, Lomonosov, Ussuriyskaya, and Tabachno-Zavodskaya streets. Outages will also affect organizations: "SOS Children's Village Almaty" NOU, IE Kurymbaeva K.D., Abildaev R.E., Makhmudov A.K., IE Suleimanov.
On September 24, from 09:00 to 17:00, power will be out in the Samgau microdistrict: Aksunkar, Arychnaya, Kokshoky, and Lesnaya streets; in the Aigerim-1 microdistrict: Almatinskaya, Naberezhnaya, Nabi, and S. Ashimov streets; in the private sector: Verkhoyanskaya, Kalymskaya, Lenskogo, Murmanskaya, Polezhaev, Polzunov, Turinskaya, Tyumenskaya, Shamieva, and Yablochkova streets. Commercial facilities will also be affected: Ratushnogo Street, building 78 (warehouses); Ratushnogo Street, building 82 (furniture workshop); Kazybaev Street, building 246A (workshop of ERTE-313 LLP).
On September 25 (Friday), from 09:00 to 17:00, electricity will be cut in the private sector: Esenov, Natarov, Potanina, Brodsky, Venetsianov, Verdi, Niyazbekov, Mazhorov, Samarkandskaya streets, and Raiymbek Avenue; as well as at commercial facilities: Potanina Street, building 224 (IE Yermoshkin); Tyulkubasskaya Street, building 2 (IE Bulegenov A.U.).
Other addresses can be found at the link. Earlier, "Kursiv" wrote that the Ministry of Energy acknowledged the problem of frequent power outages in Almaty, but stated that they occur unscheduled and are promptly resolved.
