For the first time in Kazakhstan, renowned rapper Kanye West will perform his show on a hemisphere. The concert is scheduled for August 14, and in Almaty, several streets will be closed a few hours before the performance, reports infohub.kz.
According to organizers, from 4 p.m. to midnight, three sections will be closed: Abai Avenue from the Mukhtar Auezov Theater to Seifullin Street; Satpayev Street from Baizakov to Seifullin; and Baitursynov Street from Timiryazev to Shevchenko.
"Please note: restrictions do not apply to the metro," added FMG company.
At the rapper's concert, it is forbidden to bring any professional video equipment: cameras, drones, stabilizers, microphones, and so on.
Ye is one of the most famous and influential rap artists of our time. Over his career, he has released albums such as The College Dropout, Graduation, 808s & Heartbreak, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, Yeezus, Donda, and others. The musician has won more than 20 Grammy Awards.
