In Almaty, from August 20 to August 26, traffic will be partially restricted on Muratbayev and Kurmet streets due to medium-scale road repairs, reports infohub.kz.
According to the Almaty city administration, medium-scale road repairs are planned on sections of Muratbayev and Kurmet streets. Therefore, from 8:00 a.m. on August 20 to 8:00 a.m. on August 26, traffic restrictions will be introduced: on Muratbayev Street, the section from Raiymbek Batyr Avenue to Makataev Street will be closed; on Kurmet Street, the section from Dostyk Avenue to the dead end will be closed.
"Warning signs and boards with contact information of the head of the contracting organization will be placed at the repair sites. We ask residents and guests of Almaty to plan their routes in advance," the city administration warned.
Earlier today, it was also reported that traffic on Zhandosov Street will be partially restricted from August 19 to August 23.
