A resident of Almaty who filmed resting utility workers has been held administratively liable under two articles. The incident occurred on Mailin Street, and the total fine amounted to 30 MCI (129,750 tenge), reports infohub.kz.
According to the press service of the Almaty Police Department, the investigation established that during the filming of city cleaning workers, the woman engaged in offensive harassment of others in a public place, showing clear disrespect for society.
As a result of the check, law enforcement applied two administrative measures to the offender. For petty hooliganism, the Almaty resident was fined 20 MCI (86,500 tenge). Additionally, it was found that she was walking her dog without a muzzle, violating the requirements of legislation on responsible animal handling. For this violation, she was fined 10 MCI (43,250 tenge).
Thus, the total fine for the incident on Mailin Street amounted to 30 MCI (129,750 tenge).
