Shareholders of Almaty Yeast Plant JSC have decided to sell real estate and land plots with a total estimated value exceeding 3.28 billion tenge. The company disclosed this information on the DFO, reports infohub.kz.

According to the published data, the plant intends to sell buildings at a price not lower than 1.13 billion tenge. In addition, two land plots are put up for auction: the first with an area of 10.63 acres (cadastral number 20-311-024-088) is valued at 150.4 million tenge, and the second with an area of 174.34 acres (cadastral number 20-311-024-090) at almost 2 billion tenge.

The message does not specify who may become the buyer of the assets or the reasons for the sale.

According to the financial statements for 2025, the plant's shareholders are individuals. Meanwhile, data from the Adata service indicate that the number of founders exceeds 150 people.

The company ended 2025 with a loss of 133.4 million tenge, which is 6.5 times more than in 2024, when the loss amounted to 20.6 million tenge.

Almaty Yeast Plant is the only specialized enterprise in Kazakhstan producing baker's pressed and dried yeast. The plant has been operating since 1969 and is located in Almaty.
