Altyn Construction, a construction company ultimately owned by entrepreneur Bibigul Zhumanova, reported a net profit of 1.5 billion tenge for 2025. A year earlier the figure stood at 151.8 million tenge, meaning it grew exactly 10-fold over the year, according to infohub.kz.
The company's revenue reached 19.4 billion tenge in 2025, up from 4 billion tenge in 2024 — a 4.8-fold increase. Retained earnings at the end of 2025 amounted to 1.9 billion tenge. The workforce shrank to 65 employees over the year from 77 a year earlier.
Almaty-registered Altyn Construction is co-owned by 53-year-old Bibigul Zhumanova (95%) and 55-year-old Berik Dauylbaev (5%). Both hold individual entrepreneur status.
Bibigul Zhumanova holds stakes in several companies: Altyn Land (Shymkent), Arman Gymnasium (Shymkent), Altyn Balyktar (Almaty), Vanya.Lux (Shymkent), and the Beef Farm agricultural production cooperative (Mankent village, Sairam district, Turkistan region).
Berik Dauylbaev holds stakes in Meliorator (Kyzylorda), Altyn Balyktar (Almaty), SP Kyzylorda Cement (Kyzylorda), Prombez-Expert Research and Production Center (Shymkent), Standart 2021 (Kyzylorda), Usiktas Eli (Shakpak village, Baidibek district, Turkistan region), the Sary Tau Agro agricultural production cooperative (Shakpak village, Baidibek district, Turkistan region), and the Beef Farm agricultural cooperative (Mankent village, Sairam district, Turkistan region).
The company's activities include architectural, urban planning and construction work, wholesale trade and other areas.
According to open sources, Altyn Construction builds and sells residential complexes in Shymkent. In particular, an Instagram account, altyn_construction, sells apartments and commercial premises in the Bozaryk and Adiya residential complexes in Shymkent. Commercial premises are sold from 200,000 tenge per square meter, while apartments in the five-story brick Bozaryk complex go for 410,000 tenge per square meter. The company offers apartment purchases through Otbasy Bank's subsidized programs, among other options.
In 2022 the company acquired two buildings in Shymkent's Abai district (in the Samal microdistrict and on Zhanakurylys street), which serve as collateral for a Halyk Bank loan. At the end of 2025 the company held 5 billion tenge in current bank accounts and deposits (647.4 million tenge a year earlier).
Altyn Construction paid 425.6 million tenge in taxes in 2026, 1.3 billion tenge in 2025 and 299.3 million tenge in 2024. At the end of 2025 the company employed 138 people, compared with 64 a year earlier.
