Italian Mercedes driver Andrea Kimi Antonelli won the Belgian Grand Prix, the tenth round of the 2026 Formula 1 season, reports infohub.kz.
The race took place at the Spa circuit. Antonelli started from pole position and claimed his sixth victory of the season. The 19-year-old Italian extended his lead in the drivers' standings with 204 points.
Second place went to Monaco's Charles Leclerc of Ferrari. Third was four-time Formula 1 champion Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing from the Netherlands.
Lewis Hamilton of Ferrari finished fourth but received a five-second penalty for a collision on the first lap with fellow Briton George Russell. The Mercedes driver eventually retired from the race.
Hamilton now sits second in the overall standings with 159 points, while Russell is third with 154 points.
