AP-Impex, a company engaged in building pipelines for water supply and sewerage systems, posted a profit of 350.5 million tenge for 2025, reversing a loss of 380.8 million tenge a year earlier. One of its co-owners is 45-year-old Jaslan Karipov, who for more than 11 years headed the branch of the national jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts federation for the South Kazakhstan — now Turkistan — region, according to infohub.kz.
The company is legally registered in Astana. Its scope of activity covers the construction of pipelines for water supply and sewerage systems, as well as construction, repair and construction, and installation works.
AP-Impex's charter capital is split evenly: 50% each belongs to 51-year-old Makhabbat Iskakova and 45-year-old Jaslan Karipov. In addition, Makhabbat Iskakova has an individual entrepreneurship and a stake in Kokshe Ekotara from Kokshetau, which she owns jointly with Baltabay Kadirzhanov.
Jaslan Karipov, for his part, owns the private company QR Holding Ltd. and also holds a stake in Akmolatranstekhmontazh (Astana) together with Zhanat Akmagambetov. According to open sources, since 2013 he led the branch of the national jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts federation for the South Kazakhstan region — today called Turkistan — for more than 11 years.
AP-Impex regularly distributes dividends to its co-owners from retained earnings or income from previous periods. In 2024, the owners received 978.2 million tenge in dividends; in 2025, 363.8 million tenge.
According to open sources, the company has implemented a number of projects in the utilities infrastructure sector. In Astana, it carried out construction and reconstruction of water supply networks, including the reconstruction of the supply water pipeline from the first-lift pumping station to the drinking water station, i.e., the pumping and filtration station.
In addition, AP-Impex took part in the reconstruction of heating networks in Lisakovsk, Kostanay region, and in major repairs of a heating main in Temirtau, Karaganda region. In Pavlodar, the company reconstructed a collector, and in Karaganda it built storm sewerage. Its portfolio also includes other projects in the utilities infrastructure sector.
At the same time, in 2025 the company's revenue plunged to 8.9 billion tenge from 23.1 billion tenge in 2024. AP-Impex's retained earnings at the end of 2025 amounted to 7.05 billion tenge.
