President Qasym-Jomart Toqaev has appointed Ardak Temirkhanuly Zebeshev as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the presidential press service said, according to infohub.kz.
"By order of the head of state, Zebeshev Ardak Temirkhanuly has been appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan," the Akorda said in a statement.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, since June 2026 Ardak Zebeshev had served as chairman of the ministry's Investment Committee.
Ardak Zebeshev was born in 1981 in South Kazakhstan Region. In 2003, he graduated from M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University with a degree in International Relations, and in 2006 from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Economics. In 2014, under the Bolashak program, he completed his studies at King's College London with a degree in Public Administration, and in 2019 he earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Warwick Business School in the United Kingdom.
Between 2003 and 2016, Ardak Zebeshev worked in the Office of the Akim of South Kazakhstan Region, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2016 to 2019, he held senior positions in the structures of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, and also served as an adviser to the Minister of Agriculture and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2019 to 2024, Ardak Zebeshev worked in the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, rising from head of a department to chairman of the committee.
From 2024 to June 2026, he served as deputy akim of Kyzylorda Region.
