Asel Sadvakasova, a 41-year-old Kazakh actress and producer known for films such as 'Kelinka Too Is Human' and 'Married at 30,' has admitted she enjoys her age, reports infohub.kz.
In a new Instagram post, the actress shared revelations about life after 40. 'I like everything about my age right now. If someone had told me earlier that at 41 I would feel this way, I probably wouldn't have believed it. I like my thinking. My worldview. My values. I like how I look, how I feel, how I approach life,' Sadvakasova wrote.
She noted that after turning 40, she has developed a thirst for life. 'I want to try so many things. See new countries and cities. Get another education. Learn skills that previously seemed to have no time for, such as painting. I want to make films again, launch my own projects in various fields. I've started trying new sports, discovering hobbies and interests. I'm meeting amazing people. I plan my time so that there is room not only for work but also for pleasure. And the most amazing thing is that the feeling of needing to prove something to anyone has disappeared. I want to create and build from love,' the actress said.
Asel emphasized that she wants to live life consciously, with enjoyment, without postponing happiness. 'I no longer want to wait for the perfect moment—it doesn't actually exist. And I'm not afraid to start over. Now I understand that after 40, you finally begin to exhale, the tension fades, and there comes the freedom to be yourself and inner maturity that finally allows you to choose yourself without guilt.
