Traffic patterns around Astana Arena stadium will change on September 27 for a concert by Kairat Nurtas, starting at 19:00. This is reported by infohub.kz.
Vehicle access will be temporarily restricted from the side of the Alau Ice Palace on Marco Polo Street, as well as from the Saryarka Velodrome on Mesrop Mashtots Street.
To make things easier for concertgoers and reduce traffic congestion, special shuttle buses will be provided. Starting at 16:00, they will depart from four parking areas across the city to Astana Arena. Drivers can leave their cars there and continue to the stadium by shuttle bus.
"After the concert ends, shuttle buses will take spectators back to the same parking areas at the following locations: the parking lot at the Capital Circus, the parking lot at the Hazret Sultan Mosque, the parking lot at the Kazakhstan Sports Complex on Kazhymukan Street, and the parking lot at the Nur-Sultan Mosque (Bas Meshit)," the statement said.
Spectators can also use the Tarlan Astana light rail system, which offers a fast and convenient way to reach the concert venue.
"We recommend planning your route in advance and using public transport or shuttle routes where possible to avoid congestion and parking difficulties near the stadium," the akimat added.
