Residents of Astana and its suburbs should plan their trips carefully: several bus routes have temporarily changed due to road works in various parts of the capital and the town of Kosshy, reports the website infohub.kz.
Due to repairs on Republic Street in Kosshy, route No. 302 has been temporarily changed. For the same reason, routes No. 303, 320, and 323 have also been adjusted.
Road works near Akzhol Avenue have affected route No. 64, while repairs near Kabanbai Batyr Avenue have led to a temporary change for route No. 21. Additionally, due to repairs on Abay Avenue, route No. 14 has been temporarily altered.
Another change concerns the "Internatsionalny residential area" stop on the Astana–Karaganda highway. Due to the closure of the access road, buses are temporarily not picking up or dropping off passengers at this stop.
Changes have also affected passenger boarding on Turan Avenue. At the "The Square" business center and "Barys Arena" stops toward Bukhar Zhyrau Street (from Orynbor Street), buses No. 26, 40, 42, 67, and 501 no longer pull into the bus bay. Now boarding and alighting takes place directly at the edge of the roadway.
