A court hearing in the criminal case over the death of paramedic Uldana Myrzuan, scheduled for August 24, has been postponed in Astana, reports infohub.kz.

The press service of the Astana court said the hearing is being rescheduled for technical reasons. The session was previously set for August 24 at 10:00. The exact date, time, and venue of the next hearing will be announced later.

As previously reported, the tragedy occurred on November 8, 2025, in Astana: the external brick cladding and an air conditioner collapsed from the facade of a nine-story residential building. As a result, an ambulance paramedic who was trying to pull a man from under the rubble was injured. An air conditioner fell on her head from the ninth floor. She underwent a craniotomy.

Unfortunately, on November 18, it became known that the paramedic had died. The high-profile case began to be heard in court on August 18, 2026. The next hearing was to take place on August 24 but was postponed.
