In the capital of Kazakhstan, a driver of a Hyundai Palisade committed 306 traffic violations this year, reports infohub.kz.
According to the Astana prosecutor's office, monitoring identified a driver who systematically ignored traffic rules. Of these, 169 offenses were related to speeding, and in 134 cases he drove in the bus lane.
It is particularly noted that on May 3 of this year, surveillance cameras recorded the car driving at 137 kilometers per hour along Uly Dala Avenue.
Given the public danger and the systematic nature of the violations, the court classified the driver's actions as petty hooliganism and imposed an administrative arrest of 10 days.
The prosecutor's office emphasized that this practice is implemented as part of coordinated efforts between the prosecutor's office and police authorities through judicial procedures, ensuring the principle of inevitability of responsibility and curbing the most dangerous forms of behavior on the roads.
Drivers were urged to strictly adhere to traffic rules.
