Starting October 1, the list of duty public service centers in Kazakhstan's capital will change: two centers will become duty centers, while two others will return to their regular schedules, according to infohub.kz.
As reported by NUR.KZ, citing the Astana branch of the state corporation "Government for Citizens," starting October 1, Public Service Center No. 1 in the Esil district, located at 30 Mangilik El Avenue, and the Public Service Center in the Nura district at 4 Kerey and Zhanibek Khans Street, will become duty centers.
At the same time, Public Service Center No. 1 in the Saryarka district at 13 Yermek Serkibayev Street and the Public Service Center in the Baikonur district at 20 Imanov Street will switch to regular working hours: weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00, with Saturday and Sunday as days off. This was stated in the branch's announcement.
Recall that duty public service centers accept citizens from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00 without a lunch break, and on Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00.
The addresses of duty special public service centers remain unchanged. On weekdays, they accept applications from 09:00 to 18:00, and issue ready documents until 20:00. On Saturday, applications are accepted from 09:00 to 12:00, and ready documents are issued until 13:00.
