In Astana, a man who rode a horse through the city to shoot content has been held administratively liable, reports infohub.kz.
According to the police department, the 35-year-old resident of the capital was involved in creating video material for one of the city's establishments. He galloped on a horse along the roadway and sidewalks, obstructing pedestrian traffic.
Police noted that while heading towards the Baiterek monument, at one intersection the animal dirtied the sidewalk and damaged green spaces, violating the requirements of legislation in the sphere of urban improvement.
The man was brought to administrative responsibility for both offenses.
The police urged residents and guests of the capital to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, respect the rights of others, and refrain from actions that create inconvenience or threaten the safety of other road users and pedestrians.
