In the Kazakh capital, traffic on a section of N. Tlendiyev Avenue will be temporarily restricted due to road works. The restrictions will be in effect from August 7 to 12, according to infohub.kz.
As reported by the Astana iKomek monitoring and response center, the top layer of road surface will be laid on the stretch from Koktal Street to the transport interchange. During the works, traffic will be partially closed, but passage will be organized on one side of the road.
"In this regard, from August 7 to 12 of this year, traffic on this section will be partially closed. At the same time, vehicle movement will be organized on one side. We ask drivers and pedestrians to plan their routes in advance and consider possible changes in traffic organization," the official statement said.
To ensure safety and minimize inconvenience, road signs and indicators will be installed.
