Police in Astana have held a 37-year-old sauna visitor accountable after local residents complained about loud behavior at 03:30 a.m., reports infohub.kz.
According to NUR.KZ, citing Polisia.kz, the media portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a report of noise disturbance was received by police around 03:30 a.m. at a sauna on Lepsi Street in Astana.
Police officers arrived at the scene and established the circumstances. It is reported that loud music was playing inside, with noise and loud voices heard. In addition, visitors were singing karaoke.
An administrative offense protocol was drawn up against the 37-year-old woman.
"Police remind citizens of the need to maintain silence at night, respect the legitimate interests of surrounding residents and their right to rest. It is important to comply with established requirements while relaxing in entertainment venues. Loud music, shouting, noise and karaoke should not disturb the rest of residents in nearby buildings," the Police Department added.
