Police in Astana identified a video on social media showing a man openly disturbing public order during a football match by placing his feet on the back of the seat in front of him. This was reported by infohub.kz.

The offender was identified as a 28-year-old resident of the capital. It was established that during the match he removed his shoes and put his feet on the back of the seat in front, showing clear disrespect to those around him and causing indignation among other spectators.

For petty hooliganism, which involved a breach of public order and disrespect for others, the offender was held administratively liable. The court fined him 86,000 tenge.

Police reminded that respectful treatment of others, adherence to behavioral rules, and basic communication culture are the foundation of public order.

Officers also urged citizens to follow norms of public behavior, respect the rights and comfort of others, and maintain order at sports and other mass events. Everyone's culture of conduct is key to a safe and comfortable atmosphere for all.
