According to case materials, the fact of insults was confirmed by expert conclusions from psychological and philological examination of the video. The defendant fully admitted guilt, expressed readiness to publicly apologize, and partially agreed with the civil claim. However, the victim insisted on strict punishment, demanding compensation for moral damage and reimbursement of legal costs.
The court, considering the admission of guilt, remorse, and lack of prior convictions, imposed a fine of 30 MCI, amounting to 129,750 tenge. However, the convict was exempted from actually paying the fine due to an amnesty. The verdict has not yet entered into legal force and can be appealed.
