In the capital of Kazakhstan, a 35-year-old woman on maternity leave and her 27-year-old acquaintance are suspected of storing and packaging drugs. According to police, they had rented a separate apartment for this purpose, reports infohub.kz.
The arrest occurred when the women were carrying already packaged substances out of the apartment, intended for delivery to couriers. In one woman's bag, plastic test tubes and bags with marijuana, hashish oil, and cannabis resin were found.
During a search of the apartment, police seized more than 400 grams of marijuana, bottles and test tubes with hashish oil and cannabis resin, as well as other containers and bags with similar substances. The total weight of the seized items was about two kilograms.
