Police in Astana detained two men after scandalous incidents in apartment building stairwells. One of them pulled down his underwear on a landing next to a baby stroller, while the other, wearing only his briefs, smashed an elevator. The Astana police department released shocking footage, according to infohub.kz.
Law enforcement identified the individuals involved in both episodes. They turned out to be men aged 27 and 30.
"For committing petty hooliganism and disturbing the peace, both men were held administratively liable and placed in a temporary detention room," the Astana police said.
In addition, the 30-year-old man was held liable for appearing in a public place while intoxicated. The materials were sent to court for a decision.
