Video from a private kindergarten in Atyrau has shocked the parents of a one-year-old child: the mother has alleged abuse of her son. The woman shared shocking details, reports infohub.kz.
Initially, the family noticed bruises on the boy's body, after which they requested surveillance footage. According to the mother, from nine in the morning until half past twelve, the caregiver mistreated the child: she dragged him by the arms, spent nearly half an hour with him in a restroom without cameras. The woman does not rule out that the baby was hit head against the wall. Then, as the mother claims, the caregiver grabbed the child under the armpits, shook him, carried him from one room to another, and threw him on the floor. "He is so small, defenseless," she added.
According to one version, the baby simply could not fall asleep. The parents also found redness on the child's face and ears. The family demands that both the caregiver and the management of the private kindergarten be held accountable. The parents said they had brought the child to this facility only a week ago.
The kindergarten administration stated that they learned about the incident only after reviewing the footage together with the parents. According to them, such behavior had not been noticed in the caregiver before. She has now been suspended from work. Police have opened a criminal case on this fact.
