In the Atyrau region, a man who damaged another person's SUV with a stone appeared in court and was fined 151,375 tenge, reports infohub.kz.
According to the official Telegram channel of the Atyrau regional courts, the Zhylyoi District Court considered an administrative case under Part 1 of Article 147-1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses (intentional damage to another person's property).
The court established that the man, while on the territory of the LLP base located on the 8th section of the city of Kulsary, threw a stone at a Toyota Fortuner belonging to the LLP. As a result, the left driver's window and the front windshield were broken.
During the court hearing, the offender fully admitted his guilt and repented. His guilt was confirmed by the protocol, explanations of the participants, photo evidence, and other case materials.
When imposing the administrative penalty, the court took into account the admission of guilt and repentance as mitigating circumstances. No aggravating circumstances were found.
By the court's decision, the man was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 147-1 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and sentenced to a fine of 151,375 tenge. The decision has entered into legal force.
