The flagship Audi Q9 crossover will arrive in Kazakhstan in the first half of 2027, according to infohub.kz.
The official importer has confirmed plans to bring the model to the market, with pre-orders expected to open towards the end of 2026.
The Audi Q9 had its world premiere in late July 2026. It is the largest production vehicle in the brand's history and the first Audi to bear the Q9 badge. Production is based at the plant in Bratislava.
Initially, Kazakh customers will be offered Advanced and S line trims, powered by a 2.9-liter V6 TFSI petrol engine producing 299 horsepower and 630 Nm of torque.
Later, a sportier SQ9 variant will join the lineup, featuring a 4.0-liter V8 with 591 horsepower. Final specifications and pricing will be announced closer to the order book opening.
The Audi Q9 is a full-size family crossover with three rows of seats. At 5.31 meters in length, it seats seven passengers, with a six-seat version offering two individual second-row chairs.
Key features include automatic doors, digital Matrix LED headlights, next-generation OLED taillights, an Android Automotive-based multimedia system with ChatGPT support, and a comprehensive suite of driver assistance systems.
Additionally, the Audi Q9 comes with the brand's quattro all-wheel drive and all-wheel steering, which enhances maneuverability at low speeds and stability on the highway.
