Applications for August ENT for Paid Departments Open July 25

Applications for the August Unified National Testing (ENT) for paid departments open in Kazakhstan from July 25 to August 5, according to infohub.kz.

Applications can be submitted on the website app.testcenter.kz or via the UTO.kz app. The test itself will take place from August 10 to 15, the National Testing Center clarified.

The August ENT is intended for three categories of applicants. First, for retaking: those who did not achieve the threshold score in previous tests, as well as conditionally enrolled students from previous years. Second, for changing their profile: participants in the May-June tests can change their combination of specialized subjects. Third, for transfer: students planning to transfer from creative specialties to regular or pedagogical programs.

Graduates of schools and colleges from current and previous years, oralman (ethnic Kazakhs repatriating), and Kazakhs who completed schools abroad can register. When applying, participants choose their test center, date, and time.

College graduates who wish to continue their studies at a university in their specialty on a paid basis can enroll without the ENT based on an interview with the university admissions committee.
