The court established that between 23 May and 7 June 2026, in the village of Auliekol, the defendant repeatedly committed thefts with unlawful entry into a dwelling, a garage, a storage facility and a vehicle. As a result, victims suffered damage totaling 670,400 tenge.

The convicted man was also ordered to pay the material damage caused.
