The quasi-state holding Baiterek announced that its top managers received 440 million tenge for 2025. This amount includes salaries and bonuses. Compared to the previous year, the income of the holding's managers increased by 20%.
The board of Baiterek consists of seven members, and its composition remained unchanged throughout the year. These are Chairman of the Board Rustam Karagoshin and his deputies – Nurbolat Aidapkelov (oversight of the holding's plans and tasks), Yersain Khamitov (financial and accounting policy), Galym Ussen (digitalization and technology), Vyacheslav Son (legal and corporate affairs), Zhandos Shaikhy (business support), and Timur Onzhanov (international cooperation and strategy).
Thus, on average, each member of the holding's board received about 62.9 million tenge in annual compensation, or an average of 5.24 million tenge per month.
Earlier it was reported that AstanaGaz KMG (a subsidiary of Samruk-Kazyna) paid its board members 154.1 million tenge in compensation in 2025.
