Remuneration for key management personnel at Bank CenterCredit reached 2 billion tenge in the first half of 2026, a 36% increase from the same period last year, according to infohub.kz.
Total payments to members of the bank's management board and board of directors rose from 1.48 billion tenge in January-June 2025 to 2 billion tenge this year. Meanwhile, the bank's net profit for the half-year fell by 16% to 123 billion tenge, and operating profit declined by 10% to 153.9 billion tenge.
During the first half of 2026, the composition of the management board changed: in March, Vice President Rustam Tenizov was removed, and in July, Rustem Abyshev took his place. The permanent members of the board were Chairman Ruslan Vladimirov, Nurlan Shegebaev, and Anastasia Ovsyannikova.
The board of directors of the banking group also underwent changes: in March, Jumageldi Amankulov and Werner Claas were removed, and their places were taken by Dmitry Popov and Adil Mukhamedzhanov. The permanent members of the board remained the bank's key shareholders – Bakhytbek Baiseitov (52% of shares) and Vladislav Li (12%), as well as Anvar Saidenov and Daniyar Shayakhmetov.
It is worth noting that Bakhytbek Baiseitov, the controlling shareholder of BCC, ranks 13th on Forbes' list of the richest people in Kazakhstan with a fortune of $858 million.
Earlier it was reported that members of the management board and board of directors of the subsidiary BCC Invest received remuneration of 480.8 million tenge for the first half of 2026.
