Barcelona demolished Racing Santander 7-2 at Camp Nou in the sixth round of the Spanish league, with Raphinha scoring a hat-trick, according to infohub.kz.

The Catalans took the lead in the eighth minute when João Cancelo struck from outside the box after a pass from Lamine Yamal. In the 25th minute, Raphinha converted a penalty to double the hosts' advantage. Five minutes later, Maguette Gueye pulled one back for Racing.

In the 36th minute, a Cancelo shot deflected off Asier Villalibre to make it 3-1. Before the break, Raphinha scored his second, finishing a pass from Dani Olmo to make it 4-1.

In the second half, Racing reduced the deficit again when Yassir Zabiri scored in the 65th minute. But almost immediately, Raphinha completed his hat-trick. In the 79th minute, substitute Gabriel Jesus made it 6-2 after an assist from Yamal. The Spanish winger himself also scored late to seal the final result at 7-2.

Barcelona have won all six of their opening La Liga matches, collecting the maximum 18 points to top the table. Racing remain on seven points after the defeat, sitting in tenth place.

Barcelona's next Spanish league match will be away to Sevilla on September 19.
