Popular Kazakh blogger and actor Bekzat Yeleusizov, known by his pseudonym BekaEasy, has posted a public video address following a scandalous incident at an establishment in Almaty. A video previously circulated on the Kazakh internet showing the drunk blogger speaking rudely to a waiter and humiliating him, reports infohub.kz.

Yeleusizov admitted that his behavior was disgusting and said he had already been to the police and faced a court penalty.

According to Bekzat, he has not been hiding from the public these past days, but rather trying to cope with the shock, locate those involved in the conflict, and go through the legal procedures.

"I was at the district police department, went through court for obscene language, and have already paid the fine. All these days I've been trying to collect my thoughts. This is not just inappropriate behavior — it's disgusting behavior, real swinishness. I went to the establishment's employee, spoke to him in person, and apologized without cameras so as not to turn it into content," BekaEasy said.

The blogger also addressed the girl who filmed the video. He said he had been looking for her contact information and asked her to get in touch with him for a personal apology.

In his video address, Yeleusizov tried to explain the reasons for his emotional breakdown. The blogger admitted that for the past 10 months he has been in a severe psychological state due to his mother's death.

"She was my closest person and my support. I still can't come to terms with it. I understand that these are only my problems and no one should suffer because of them, but there were times when I went drinking alone to drown out this trauma," he shared.

Bekzat Yeleusizov emphasized that he recorded the address not to "whitewash" himself in the eyes of the audience. The blogger stated his intention to seek help from psychologists and undergo treatment so that in the future he can benefit society and never again allow such incidents.
