N1broker, a brokerage company controlled by Andrey Timchenko, chairman of the management board of Bereke Bank, has paid out dividends totaling 208.9 million tenge. The funds were distributed from retained earnings for 2025, according to an official document filed with the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), infohub.kz reports.

The payout was approved by an extraordinary general meeting of N1broker shareholders and dated September 28, 2026. The company accrued 130.6717 tenge per ordinary share. The register of recipients was fixed on the same day, and settlement was completed in full by October 1.

N1broker holds the status of a KASE trading member and a recognized participant of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC). Beyond brokerage, Andrey Timchenko has been actively expanding his asset structure on the AIFC platform. In October 2025, he established a new investment company there, N1 Products Limited, with charter capital of 100,000 tenge.

Timur Amanzholov has been tasked with heading the new entity. He also runs other firms belonging to the Bereke Bank chief at the AIFC, including the financial company N1 Factor Limited and software developer AT Platforms Limited. As Arman Bataev, author of the Finmentor Telegram channel, noted, this is far from the top manager's first company on the financial centre's platform.

It was previously reported that the combined remuneration of three members of the Bereke Bank management board for 2024 amounted to 424 million tenge.
