Kazakh singer Binazir Yermaganbetova, known by her stage name BikaBreezy, has announced the conclusion of her court case with a neighbor. The saga, which began in January 2025 and drew widespread attention due to mutual assault allegations, has finally come to an end, according to infohub.kz.

As a reminder, the artist is currently building a music career in China and recently received an award there.

In January of last year, a neighbor — a man who identified himself as a former National Security Committee (KNB) officer — attacked the artist right in the courtyard of her building. According to her, he grabbed her jacket, began pushing her, and then punched her in the face. At the time, the court found the man guilty and fined him 70,000 tenge.

Later, the neighbor filed a counterclaim against BikaBreezy herself. The singer was accused of causing minor bodily harm under Article 108, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She maintained that she was defending herself during the attack. The artist also alleged psychological pressure from investigators.

Now, as BikaBreezy herself announced on social media, the case has been closed, she has been fully cleared, and this difficult period lasting more than a year is behind her.

The artist expressed enormous gratitude to everyone who supported her.

"I hope that in my former courtyard, the neighbor has stopped jumping on women and acting like a hero," she added.

Yermaganbetova became known to the Kazakh public after appearing on the fourth season of the Russian show "The Voice" on Channel One. In 2015, she performed on Team Basta.

In 2026, BikaBreezy took part in the popular Chinese music show The Rap of China. After that, the singer gained widespread recognition among the Chinese audience.

The breakthrough came with BikaBreezy's collaboration with local rapper JayTrue titled Bashi, released in February 2026. The track went viral on Chinese social media thanks to a dance challenge and also entered the rotation of Shanghai clubs.

For this success, the artists were awarded the prestigious Pop Songs Chart 2026 award in the "Popular Song of the Year" category.

The artist is now actively performing in China. In August, she released the EP Sixth Sense and embarked on a tour of the same name across Chinese cities. BikaBreezy's concerts in Shanghai and Chongqing were sold out.

Earlier, Kursiv LifeStyle reported that Kairat Nurtas's daughter Alau performed at her father's concert and subsequently faced criticism on social media. On October 4, Alau joined her father's performance at the Central Stadium.
