Burnley and Charlton Athletic played out a 2-2 draw in the tenth round of the Championship, the second tier of English football. The match took place at Turf Moor in Burnley, as reported by infohub.kz.
The hosts took the lead through Danish midfielder Jacob Bruun Larsen in the 36th minute. After the break, English defender Kane Ramsey equalized for the visitors in the 50th minute, but Belgian winger Largie Ramazani put Burnley back in front in the 57th minute.
The hosts failed to hold on to the win: in the sixth minute of second-half stoppage time, Slovak defender Ivan Mesík secured a draw for Charlton — 2-2.
Kazakhstan national team forward Dastan Satpayev was not included in Burnley's squad for this match. In the previous game against Watford on October 10, he played about 20 minutes. That match was the 18-year-old's first after an injury that kept him out for a month.
Burnley have ten points and moved up to 19th in the table. Charlton, with 13 points, sit 14th.
