The visitors opened the scoring in the 23rd minute through American midfielder Aidan Morris. The hosts equalized with a goal from French midfielder Hugo Ragubert in the 54th minute.

Kazakhstani forward Dastan Satpayev started for Burnley for the third consecutive match. He played 81 minutes before being substituted. During that time, the 18-year-old striker had two shots on target, both saved by Czech goalkeeper Radek Vitek. Of his 18 passes, 17 were accurate.

As Satpayev left the pitch, many fans gave him a standing ovation. Burnley head coach Nick Hayen also thanked the player for his performance.
