A cat accidentally ended up behind the wheel of a car in Turkestan, sending the vehicle rolling into a concrete fence — a curious incident that sparked lively debate on social media, according to infohub.kz.
According to witnesses, the animal climbed into the unattended car, after which the vehicle began to roll. Apparently, the cat simply sat on a pedal and accidentally set the car in motion.
The parking job, however, didn't go to plan on the first try: the ride ended with a collision against a concrete fence.
The culprit herself immediately left the cabin — apparently the same way she got in, through an open window. The car likely escaped serious damage, getting away with just scratches. As for a driver's license, the four-legged offender still has some growing up to do.
Meanwhile, users criticized the car's owner after noticing in footage of the incident that he kicked the cat afterward. Many pointed out that the man was to blame himself, since he had left the car without the handbrake on.
"She didn't manage to steal it," "Good thing no one was hurt," "The driver is the one to blame, he should have put the car on the handbrake," "Why kick the cat? He should have put the car on the handbrake. And now the cat is to blame," "The cat still needs to learn how to park. And this guy needs to use his head, not his feet," social media users wrote.
Earlier, Kursiv LifeStyle reported that a scandal erupted in the Kazakh internet over the comedy series "Zu-Zu Külpäsh." Users accused the project's creators of animal cruelty toward a cat after backstage footage from the set was published.
