London's Chelsea comfortably defeated Italy's AC Milan in an international friendly, reports infohub.kz.
The match took place at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta, Indonesia, and ended 3-0 in favor of the English side. The scoring was opened late in the first half when Brazilian forward Joao Pedro found the back of the net. In the second half, he scored his second goal in the 46th minute, extending Chelsea's lead. Five minutes later, Ecuadorian midfielder Moises Caicedo scored the third goal to seal the final score.
It is worth recalling that Chelsea features 17-year-old Kazakhstani forward Dastan Satpayev, who did not take part in this match. The player moved to the London club from Almaty's Kairat this summer. He had previously played in two closed-door friendlies. The Kazakhstani will be eligible to play for Chelsea in official matches once he turns 18 (on August 12).
