In Aktau, police rescued a child who was standing on an external windowsill of a 10th floor, at risk of falling, reports infohub.kz citing NUR.KZ and the Police Department of Mangystau Region.
Today, July 30, 2026, at 09:28, a call was received on channel 102 reporting that in a residential complex in Aktau, a child was sitting on an open windowsill on the 10th floor, legs dangling outside. The patrol police unit that arrived found the situation critical: the young child had already fully climbed out of the window and was standing on the external window frame.
"Thanks to the competent, decisive, and coordinated actions of the patrol police officers, a tragedy was avoided. The police managed to rescue the child in time and prevent a possible disaster," explained the Police Department of Mangystau Region.
The life and health of the child were saved thanks to the professionalism of officers Yerzhan Kokenov and Daniyar Tatiev from the patrol police battalion of the Aktau Police Department.
